Firstly, may I extend to you all a warm welcome back to Hove. It has been an extremely turbulent 18 months since our last league game and we are incredibly excited by the prospect of the forthcoming season. With a newly decorated clubhouse and changing rooms, new kit, a new coaching set up, new captains and the challenge of playing in a new league, we are ready for the start of the season on all fronts.

We are incredibly proud of the way that our players, both established and new, have adopted the changes we have made to how we train and play with great enthusiasm. Their positive approach and adaptability speak volumes about them as a squad and we are hugely excited by what we've seen during pre-season.

Our aims for the senior mens' squad for next season are quite simple; to put out three teams weekly, increase our playing cohort and of course to get back to what we have all missed, rugby. We're thrilled to finally have the Hove family back together and look forward to seeing you all up at the club throughout the season- enjoy the game!
