Seems I missed a thriller on Saturday when the firsts took a strong lead, but a Cobham fight back saw a close 39 – 33. The winning ways were unfortunately not with the Beef or the women, but we hope fortunes turn soon.

No home action for the senior teams this weekend as the first’s head off to London Cornish, sadly I will miss out on the trip and the fine Cornish pasties due to Covid but if anyone is heading up there kick off is at the earlier time of 2:15 due to pitch availability. The Beef are down the road at Worthing with a 2:30 kick off.

We have a member’s wine tasting tonight at 7pm (club open from 6pm) Courtesy of Coleman's our wine supplier. The bar and kitchen will be open. All members welcome to try some free wine, give feedback before we create a new wine list.

Reminder about the Mini’s Halloween Party! All mini players and their and families welcome on Friday 1st November (so no need to miss trick and treating on Thursday!) Fancy dress encouraged for the disco and spooky party games from 6 – 8pm. Bar and Kitchen will be open from 5pm.
